Dr. Aida Warah, University of Ottawa

"Serious Biblical scholars, after reading this book, can be forgiven their concern about the limitations of the current methods in "Palestine of Jesus" studies. as they discover the possibilities in pursuing the obvious and direct road to the first century through the remnants of the living ancient culture of the Syrian Fertile Crescent."
Father Robert Assaly, Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, Canada
